When a slipped disc forced me to retire as an NHS consultant, I took up creative writing and became interested in visual storytelling. I became a largely self-taught animator and was delighted when my portfolio enabled me to study an MA in Animation.
I enjoy working in a team making craft stop motion films, and I like to draw on my experience as a teaching hospital consultant to work creatively with people with conditions such as stroke and dementia.
I created a pop-up animation studio for use at festivals, and I'm interested in running animation workshops using video conferencing software
