Jamie Irving

Statement

Jamie Irving is a multidisciplinary designer whose main strengths predominantly lie in illustration and animation. He aims to incorporate elements in his work which intend to inspire humour and pleasure within the viewer but also touching on important and meaningful subject matters. Most of his influences come from other forms of art, such as music, skateboarding, film, nature, all of which are personal interests of his and are arguably all linked to each other. These influences are what has fuelled his ambition to pursue mediums such as animation, illustration and photography further and be able to create work that exhibits these interests. Since graduating from The University of the West of England with a BA Hons in Graphic design, he is eager to seek out opportunities to create and collaborate with others to produce fun, interesting and purposeful pieces of work.
