My name is Tiyahna, I am a 22 year old graphic designer originally from Hertfordshire and have recently graduated from UWE. I am creative and an artistic designer with preference in the process of making, drawing and printing physically but also enjoy working editorially.
STAY HOME AND GARDEN
I created a publication about how gardening and household plants have become increasingly popular due to the global pandemic, Covid-19. Inside the publication includes how plants and gardening can reduce stress, make you happy and what you can do during this time of uncertainty.
GET COMFORTABLE
I created some posters to go with a magazine, the posters are for opening your mind and to change negative opinions of drag queens if you have any. Stickers and posters are included in the magazine as a way of being able to show support and celebrate drag queens.
WEAR A MASK
Wearing a face covering in shops and supermarkets in England is to become mandatory from 24 July. I have created posters to remind people to wear a mask when out in public.
EVERYTHING ABOUT ONE THING
I created a book about cheese. I interviewed my local cheese monger and other people about cheese, some people love it and others hate it. I included some art directed imagery in the book. For the front cover I laser cut into cheese and melted it on toast.
