Welcome to our digital showcase featuring the work of hundreds of students from 25 of UWE Bristol’s creative programmes across art, design, animation, fashion, media, performance, photography and filmmaking.
2020 has been a year of abrupt and unprecedented global change. We at UWE Bristol could not be more proud of the way our students and staff have responded in the face of this crisis. The resilience and unbounded creativity that they have shown, shines through in this Showcase of their work.
Our photographers and filmmakers have captured the complexities of our everyday lives and world around us. Our graphic designers and illustrators have responded to current events to make their mark on the world. Our fine artists, printmakers, and animators have explored and their imaginations creating beauty, wonder and humour, too. It is a joy to see how our students are already making such an impact.
This fantastic Showcase site has been developed and co-created in close partnership with our student community, and with Rhombus, a leading Bristol-based design studio founded by UWE Bristol Graphic Design alumni. We are excited by the opportunity to share and showcase the extraordinary talent of our graduates and to launch their careers on a global stage.
There’s lots to see so take your time, have a good look around and explore the interdisciplinary portfolios of our Class of 2020. Graduates’ contact and social media details are available throughout to enable you to connect with this new generation of entrepreneurial creatives.
