The main theme of my work is social history. Having grown up through two recessions and a global pandemic before the age of 30, I have become attuned to the current affairs which dominate our lives. Since 2016, I have also had the opportunity to capture events at some of the top nightclubs in the UK. Starting from Thekla Bristol and the O2 Academy Brixton to name a few. This picture sums up my experience of the British coastal town, Portishead. Throughout the lockdown in 2020 I was surrounded by a sea of residential buildings. I felt like I was in my own version of the Truman Show.
