Beth Zajac

Hi! I’m Beth, primarily a stop motion prop maker and set dresser. I spent my final year working on a sci-fi comedy I created, ‘We’ll Be Back After The Break.’ The film is a social commentary on the desensitisation of the terrible things happening on, and to, the Earth we inhabit. So yes, pretty light-hearted and feel-good stuff.

My storytelling is frequently inspired by social commentary or things I feel very strongly about. I also enjoy the absurd and the weird and the not quite right.

I love making tiny things and spaces and seeing them come to life on screen. I like working with lots of textures and pay attention to the little details and ‘easter eggs’.
