Envelope section of glazed curtain wall and green roof

The intensive green roof provides biodiversity and means the entire footprint of the building is planted. The glazing allows a strong visual connection with the landscape, as well as allowing a view of the mushroom structure from outside.

External view of lobby

A single shared lobby was important in destigmatizing 'rehabilitation', but privacy was maintained by providing sheltered and sensitively arranged therapy spaces. This building is surrounded by grasses and trees to provide additional privacy from the adjacent streets.
