Maddie Fry

Fashion Communication 2023

I am a multidisciplinary creative thats specialises in Creative Direction, Casting, Styling, Curation and Marketing. My practice is focused mainly around Queer narratives, more specifically the Butch identity.

My aim within my work is to platform the Queer community and create a non conforming Queer gaze. A deep understanding and love for the Lesbian, Butch scene means the work i produce is not only considered and influenced by creatives that came before me but work that's creates strong, honest narratives. Within my work i also explore themes of heritage and subcultures.

My future ambition within fashion is to continue to create work that not only speaks to my own identity but a wider creative community.
