Filmmaking 2023
I am the Writer / Director of Safie (2023), Soul-Bird (2022) and False Prophet (2022). I have been been writing and directing for some time but feel I have only just come into my own. I recently developed my own filmmaking identity under the company Almighty Aphrodite Productions which I Chief Exec with Thalia Leonard. I focus on creating a fresh feminist approach to the fantasy genre, often inspired by mythology and folklore.
My latest production, Safie, pays an ode to Mary Shelley who is a great heroine of mine, I wish to continue bringing more phenomenal women's stories to the screen.

Soul-Bird | Writer and Director
Written and Directed by myself, this is a dark fantasy about a young woman preparing to drown herself due to a failed engagement but something lurks in the water beneath her.
Delilah | Production Manager
Written and Directed by Simon Sofowora, Delilah is about a distinctly female form of strength and resilience through grief after miscarriage. Delilah is a part of Almighty Aphrodite Productions and I had the pleasure of Production Managing and Locations Managing.
