My name is Kalum Carter and I am a photographer based in the South West, UK. I have been a full time photographer since 2017 during which time I have worked on predominately commercial projects with brands and publications, covering a wide range of assignments that include fashion, portraiture and documentary.
In September 2022 I enrolled on the MA Photography course at UWE in order to explore a more personal approach to my work, and create personal projects for myself. At the time of writing I am halfway through my MA project which looks at my link to a location in Wales where I found a lost family connection, and includes landscape, portraiture and documentary images.
I have a love for story telling through imagery, so, moving forward I aim to use this in order to blend my personal and commercial work.
