Nienke van den Hof is a Dutch actress based in Bristol. She graduated UWE with a BA(Hons) Drama and Acting degree in 2024.
During her studies she took an interest in directing. She improved those skills by assistant directing both staff organised Shakespeare productions: Much Ado About Nothing (2023) and Romeo and Juliet (2024).
She also directed student led productions such as; 'Losing my Teddy' leading to a succesfull run at Camden Fringe 2024 and 'Banana Bread', a selfwritten play she also starred in.
Alongside her coursework, Nienke was involved; 3 staff lead productions, 4 student productions and 2 productions with the Drama Society.
Through this she gained skills across various fields: screen/theatre acting, devising, writing and directing. She takes pride in her self-devised work in Avant-Garde and Physical Theatre.
Fresh out of university, Nienke has continued her work for Vega Theatre as well as started production company, T.I.F.
Productions.
