Hannah Hornby

I am multi-disciplinary artist, who works predominantly with sculpture, sound, and text to explore the hybridity between man, nature, and machine. My practice is driven by fiction and myth telling, thinking about our history, our future, reality, and the moments hidden by time and those yet to come. I consider the animacy of objects. What memories are embedded within their form? What would the object say if it had a voice? As well as this I have an interest in curation and how artworks communicate between themselves within space, as a tool to drive conversation and investigate ideas and concepts.
