Ciaran Holloway

I am a Product Design Technology (BSc) graduate from UWE Bristol and was recently featured in the UWE Showcase marketing campaign. A driven, self-motivated, task-orientated individual, I thrive in a collaborative, team environment. I am passionate about creating compelling yet functional products to fit the user's needs with fine attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the product meets its requirements.

My placement at Dyson within the Research, Design and Development team was an invaluable experience, focusing on CAD, engineering, and testing aspects of the development process. I had the opportunity to contribute to the conceptualisation and design of new products. I also assisted in research, brainstorming sessions, and gained insights into iterative design thinking and cross-functional collaboration. This experience has led me to seek a career in design engineering, actively looking for opportunities to learn, develop, and apply my technical knowledge to the design of products.
