Elio Dal Lago

I'm Elio Dal Lago, a cinematographer and filmmaker with a strong focus on camera and lighting for drama, commercial, and documentary work. I'm currently studying Filmmaking at UWE, where I’ve developed my skills through hands-on projects and industry collaborations. My background includes working across all aspects of production, which started in college where I handled everything from directing to editing. Since then, I’ve gained experience with a range of camera systems, including the ARRI Alexa Mini, Sony FX6, and Super 16mm film cameras. I've worked in roles from DOP and gaffer to 2nd AC and kit room assistant, and recently had the opportunity to shoot at Latitude Festival, which led to working on one of the main stages at Glastonbury 2025. To start my career, I'm aiming to work as a camera technician—building on my technical foundation, learning from experienced crews, and staying close to the gear that drives great

cinematography.
