My name is Pearl Mistry Ukairo, and I’m an aspiring photographer and stylist. I studied Film at the University of the West of England (UWE), where I specialised in Production Design. This gave me a strong understanding of how to tell stories through visuals, colour, and space. I’m passionate about creating strong l and beautiful images, and I love expressing ideas through photography and styling. I’m inspired by fashion, art, and everyday life, and I’m especially drawn to the work of artists like Yoni Lappin, who blend music, film, and style in powerful ways. My goal is to work in fashion, editorial, and with other creatives—especially in magazines and on projects that push visual boundaries. My work is being shown in the Collectivism Exhibition in Bristol on the 15th of May which makes me excited for the doors that will be open for me after university.
