Jessica Whitehouse

Originally from the North-West, Jess moved to Bristol to pursue her passion for photography at UWE.

Much of her artwork has surrounded themes of feminism, including sexual harassment and menopause. Her third-year dissertation was on the recent rise in violence against women and how the widespread distribution of images in the media has contributed to it. She also, however, finds a lot of peace in being out and about and has an eye for landscape photography, where some of her best images were taken.

Her work has been chosen for display by New Wave for Opal Real Estate and she has helped run and exhibited in several exhibitions.
