Thomas Green

Thomas is an artist based in Bristol and Wiltshire. His work explores themes of gender and performativity, specifically in relation to displays of masculinity. He often uses himself as a subject for his images, but his most recent work draws on close relatives to examine the role of familial relationships. He uses landscapes and his immediate environment to craft a ‘stage’ where he places himself and others to create a performance for the camera.
