Ysabella

Born in Bristol before moving to The Netherlands in 2017, Ysabella began her pursuit of photography at KABK in Den Haag and is continuing it now at The University of The West of England, Bristol.
With a keen interest in the human condition, or more specifically maybe, the female condition, Ysabella’s work explores societal perceptions of the female body and women’s personal relationships with their own physicality. Through a careful examination of form and shape, her intimate and expressive studio photography invites viewers to appreciate the beauty of women’s individuality, while emphasising the shared humanity that unites us all.
