Wanted
'Wanted' is a mixed media fiber art installation mirroring the effects of harmful fetishization of femininity. It explores the internal juxtaposition between feelings of wanting to be desirable and validated, and freedom of expression.

Hi, my name is Emilia and I am originally from Poland, but currently reside in Weston-super-Mare.
I am studying Fine Art at University of the West of England.
I create mixed media instillations, often encompassing fiber arts within. I use my work to help me explore the physical and mental aspects of the body and nature in order to process and evaluate personal hardships, societal inequalities and highly emotional states.
