1932. Nancy and Oz, two childhood friends, set up a travelling picture show enterprise, each hoping to find their independence.
I am a Romanian filmmaker based in Bristol, specialising in creative production. I am drawn to character-driven stories, focusing on themes of identity, belonging, and relationships.
Throughout my degree, I have primarily worked in producing roles which have given me practical insight into coordinating ambitious productions, acquiring filming permissions, working with moving vehicles and controlled fire and coordinating extras across a range of projects.
As a creative producer, I enjoy being involved in all stages of production, from story development through to post-production, which has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively across departments. I aim to create an environment where the entire team feels supported to develop and practice their own creativity.
While my work so far has mainly focused on scripted projects, I am keen to explore unscripted production as well, particularly projects that capture authentic experiences.
