After Our Lives
I worked as the director and co-writer with an amazing crew to make this short film. It follows an elderly man reuniting with his wife in the afterlife and draws on personal experiences dealing with dementia in the family.

I’m Flora and I am an aspiring creative with hands-on experience across multiple areas of filmmaking, including pre-production, directing and editing. Throughout my time at UWE exploring different roles, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how ideas evolve from concept to screen, shaping me into a versatile and adaptable filmmaker. I particularly enjoy working in collaborative environments, where creativity and teamwork drive the process forward.
Alongside filmmaking, I have a keen interest in social media and digital content, especially in how storytelling translates across platforms and connects with audiences. I’m particularly drawn to online marketing and the ways creative content can engage viewers in new and innovative ways.
With a balance of creative and technical skills I’m eager to continue developing my abilities and contribute to the creative industries by bringing thoughtful and engaging ideas to a range of projects.
