Lucy Quilter

I’m really interested in factual, documentary, and natural history film and TV, especially stories that help people connect with the natural world and see places or perspectives they might not usually experience. I like being involved in the organisation and coordination side of production, making sure things run smoothly and helping ideas come together on screen.

I enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative environments where communication, problem-solving, and adaptability really matter. Through filming and editing my own projects, as well as working on live shoots, I’ve built confidence in handling unpredictable situations and working with different people, including contributors.
