Exploring the coexistence of presence and absence experienced through dementia, this publication gradually disassembles through removable inserts, reflecting memory loss and shifting identity. Documentary photography grounds the narrative in personal experience while highlighting themes of care, support and relationships.
Exploring the lack of visibility surrounding care work, this publication combines documentary content, interviews and material experimentation to reveal hidden labour and lived experiences. An accompanying detachable leaflet extends the project’s educational purpose, encouraging greater understanding and recognition.
