Tai-Chong: 3D Animation
A short scene from Tai-Chong, my 3D animated advertising project for a fictional coffee vending machine brand. I developed the concept, character and animation as part of my MA project.
I am a creative designer with almost four years of experience in advertising and marketing. My work experience includes CI design, motion graphics and creative work for different brands. I enjoy developing creative ideas and exploring different ways to communicate them through design and animation.
During my MA, I had the chance to explore 3D more and found that I really enjoy working with it. I am interested in creating short animations for advertising, especially 3D, while I also continue to enjoy working with 2D motion graphics and design.
I would like to continue developing my work across creative, motion and 3D. I enjoy learning new techniques and trying different ways to bring ideas to life, and I hope to use these skills to create fun and interesting work for advertising and brands.

A short 2D motion experiment created during my MA. I combined everyday objects to make an ostrich-like character, then animated it walking across the screen. This workshop explored how ordinary objects can become a moving character.
A side project I worked on during my MA. I explored ceramic making from shaping the clay to glazing the final pieces. It was a chance for me to try a different creative process and work with physical materials.
A collaborative project with a student from another course. We each chose three colours from our memories of home, then explored the city with coloured paper to find and photograph places and objects with matching colours.
