My name is William Crawford. I am a Multimedia Journalist with a passion for Newspaper Journalism.
During my MA Journalism program, I have honed my skills across the board. I've gained the ability to communicate effectively over the radio, which was clear during my placement at Ujima Radio. I have a new understanding of what interests readers. As a result of this, last week I published my first professional piece of work for the local outlet The Bristol Cable.
In future, I would like the opportunity to write stories that shine a light on injustice and expose corruption. I feel many of the most important injustices of our time go unreported. This is not because they aren't newsworthy but because the people they effect do not have a voice. I would like the opportunity to amplify their voices.
