I am a screenwriter and director, specialising in comedy and representations of the queer experience. While at UWE, I have written and directed a sit-com pilot as a short film titled 'The Hole'. I have also placed one of my films in an exhibition at the Arnolfini that explored food and drink through different cultural lenses.
It is my hope that my pilot will be picked up and turned into a full series. My focus on queer representation is a driving force in everything I do as societal attitudes begin to shift towards the right and trans people become increasingly under fire. I want to use my screenwriting abilities to provide authentic on-screen representation in the comedy genre.
