Lily Ainsworth

I am a passionate and detail-oriented camera specialism graduate focused on blending design with technical knowledge and clear communication. Throughout my time at university I have had the chance to head camera/lighting teams as a director of photography on four projects - often operating alongside this and demonstrating that I can match intention to technical execution amongst busy shoots. I have focused this skillset to the documentary medium and began to create short-form content that highlights the work of craftspeople across architecture, culture and fashion.

With knowledge of end-to-end workflows and self-shooting, I am able to explore my passions in Industry context, but truly thrive as part of a collaborative environment. I have both the people skills and confidence with the Sony FX Cinema Line, Arri Alexa Mini 35 and lighting tools to execute striking imagery across multiple genres, remaining responsive and curious to changing industry demands and trends.
