Leusa is a Production Coordinator at Tinopolis Cymru, working across magazine television productions and coordinating contributors, schedules, production workflows and the company’s environmental approach to support the delivery of broadcast content. Alongside her professional work, she has developed and produced narrative music videos and fast-paced, competition-based shorts, managing projects from development through to festival and commercial distribution.
Her interests lie in factual storytelling that explores community, identity and social issues through authentic and engaging narratives. She aspires to progress into producing and directing for documentary and factual television, combining her production experience with a strong interest in people-led storytelling. Leusa is committed to continuous professional development and building a career centred on collaboration, creative problem-solving and delivering high-quality productions.
Produced and translated the Welsh-language short film Yr Anghenfil, overseeing pre-production, budgeting, scheduling and on-set coordination. The project strengthened my leadership and problem-solving skills whilst also supporting the delivery of a collaborative production from development through to post-production.
