Super Sophie VS Dr. Broccoli

When a girl with fruit powers finds out her girlfriend’s gone missing, she must face an unusual supervillain in order to get her back. Being underwhelmed by the portrayal of queer women in superhero films (or lack thereof), “Super Sophie” was created out of a need for more positive LGBT+ representation in children’s media. Inspired by the films Scott Pilgrim vs The World (2010) and Batman (1966), we developed an idea for a wacky superhero film with practical effects, videogame references, and comically useless superpowers.
