My Design for a Pavilion inspired by a Thai lantern
A R H A R N
Arharn is a Thai fine dining restaurant in the Bristol water tower which is located at Durdham Down, with a similar concept to dine in the dark but at Arharn it would be dine under the stars. Arharn wants each customer to feel like they're taking a small trip to Thailand and be able to learn some of Thai history when they visit the restaurant. Customers would also be able to buy fresh produce grown and used by the restaurant back home. The main design concept of Arharn is using the site disadvantage as an opportunity to design something for everyone. (The darkness and strong wind in Durham Down)
