Photography has always given me a chance to express my emotions through imagery. After suffering from a trauma in my younger years I have been able to explore the subject of mental health and open viewers eyes to the roller coaster emotions that go with it and most importantly giving them a chance to talk. It also helped me to explore my own personal feelings and became a form of therapy, this in turn has allowed me to grow and made me a happier, stronger person. My photographs have been shared on social media and I have received a

good reaction from viewers on how impressive the photos were, this has given me a great sense of achievement.
