Morphine
Welcome to the world of tomorrow. Morphine follows three Cyborgs wrapped up in doom as a consequence of their own decisions. Witness the horror within the mirror of our world.
My name is Dom Waters. My work is raw, it has chaos, passion, and fury, delicately executed for brutal effect. My artistic inspirations come from an age that didn’t have the magic of computers. As a result, a majority of my process involves hands-on making, whether that be handmade props or inkwork and beyond; The presence of a maker’s physical touch is what gives design soul.
I experiment with unique ways of phrasing narratives in film and publication works. I love writing prose and use graphics as a way to weave a stronger, multi-pronged narrative in my books.
Following the competition of my degree, I’ve started doing work in motion design for theatre along with becoming involved in grassroots community projects.
Above my desk is the quote ‘Make The Revolution Irresistible’, and I’ll always try to tap into that sensory compulsion for something greater in every work.
