Ho Ching is a hybrid animator based in Bristol and Edinburgh, specializing in both 2D and CG animation. She is proficient in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and Toon Boom Harmony. Raised in Hong Kong, Ho Ching draws inspiration from the culture and films of her hometown, which she loves to integrate into her work. Her passion for photography further enhances her cinematographic skills, enabling her to create captivating visuals in her animations. For her final year project, Ho Ching is producing an animated film titled "The Dark Romance". The film explores a toxic relationship in which one partner deeply cares, while the other remains emotionally detached. As the couple spirals into a cycle of pain, they transform into each other's worst monsters.
