Madeline Jeffs

My name is Madeline Jeffs, a passionate, creative and friendly individual who is dedicated to celebrating all voices and making filmmaking as inclusive as possible. I have produced over 10 projects, from documentaries, drama, comedy and commercial working with cast and crew of all ages, which has strengthened my ability to collaborate across diverse groups to maintain supportive, creative environments. I have a strong interest in bringing authentic stories to life through social realism and documentary filmmaking. I also have strong awareness of sustainability in filmmaking, prioritising sustainability from pre-to post-production through initiatives such as car sharing, recycling on set, online meetings and a paperless workflow. One of my produced films is now BAFTA ALBERT certified!
I particularly want to progress into a role as an access coordinator or welfare producer, where I can ensure inclusive practices are made throughout the production and that everyone involved feels

supported and valued.
