Maryam Oddin

Hi, this is Maryam. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I’m an artist interested in storytelling and worldbuilding, and I’m always excited to learn any tool that can help me tell those stories whether its 2D,3D,stopmotion or even a whole other medium like comic or novel. I enjoy approaching worldbuilding through a scientific lens, especially through anthropology, and I try to think about how a fantasy world could feel as real and grounded as the real world. I believe good worldbuilding is like air for a story, invisible, but absolutely essential.
I love animating, drawing,reading, sometimes making simple music and writing my stories.

I also enjoy exploring and merging 2D and 3D tools, and my goal is to become a visual development artist. I love studying worldbuilding through anthropology, and I hope that one day I can build my own animation studio.
