Synposis
A documentary team for West Country TV tracks Ian down to find out where he is now. After the damaging impact of the video, Ian is eager to start over and prove who he really is. Growing up with Gary Hitchworth as a father meant a constant "rapid mentality" - everything had to be rapid. When Ian gets sacked from his job at sports retailer We Just Love Sports, he fully commits to his sprinting career. He's got a big trial booked: Weston-Super-Mare Athletics. Can Ian Hitchworth be rapid?
