Congratulations are in order for third year BA Media Production student, Kaela Earl-Tester, who has won the 2024 Crispin Aubrey Legacy Fund Undergraduate Scholarship.
Kaela is to receive an award prize of £2,000, which will be used for professional development beyond her degree.
In order to be considered for the awards, students had to submit a story idea which championed environmental and social justice issues.
Kaela’s feature idea won her the cash.
The award was set up in memory of the campaigner and journalist Crispin Aubrey, who died in 2012.
The fund has been established to champion the spirit of determination and good causes that Crispin valued: promoting renewable energy, campaigning on environmental issues and investigative journalism.
