I'm an architectural technologist with a master’s in computational architecture from UWE Bristol, exploring how design, technology, and sustainability come together to shape future spaces. I’ve built a solid technical foundation working on real-world tender packages, architectural drawings, and 3D models with CAD tools. My master’s exposed me to different areas. My research on biomimicry and environmental systems led to a fog-harvesting design inspired by nature, blending digital fabrication with sustainable thinking. I’ve also taken on versatile roles, like directing and editing the Cubix Pavilion build, where I honed my ability to coordinate, adapt, and visually communicate complex ideas.
This showcase is a chance to share that journey and how creativity meets practicality in shaping spaces that matter.
Biomimetic Roof Systems for Fog Collection: Comparing Nature-Inspired Designs with Conventional Roofs to Address Water Scarcity in Arid Regions
My project explores biomimetic roof systems inspired by the Namib Desert Beetle and Bushman Grass to tackle water scarcity. Using parametric design and wind tunnel testing, I developed 3D-printed prototypes that demonstrate nature’s potential to enhance sustainable, low-energy architecture.
Biomimetic Roof Systems for Fog Collection: Comparing Nature-Inspired Designs with Conventional Roofs to Address Water Scarcity in Arid Regions
The brief was to model a small CIAT/CIOB practice in delivering a private residential project, ensuring UK BIM Framework compliance and preparing a draft tender package with key project information.
